Placing an order
By placing an order you confirm that the shipping details are accurate, you’re paying with a valid method, and you’re old enough to enter into a contract (18+) — or have a parent/guardian doing it for you.
Orders are confirmed only after payment is received. Until then, what looks like a “cart” is just a list of things you might buy.
Pricing and stock
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of GST. We can change prices anytime, but once you’ve placed an order, the price you saw is the price you pay.
If a SKU runs out between your order and our pour, we’ll WhatsApp you within a working day with options: substitute, refund, or wait. We don’t silently substitute.
Shipping
See our Shipping pagefor delivery times and costs. We’re responsible for handing the package to the courier in good condition; delays after that point are the courier’s responsibility, but we’ll help you chase them down.
Returns and refunds
See our Returns page. Short version: 7 days no questions, 90 days for defects, 50% off replacements after that. Refunds via the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the toy back.
What we’re selling
3D-printed articulated toys made from food-grade PLA. Dimensions and weights are approximate (±5%) — these are FDM prints, not injection-moulded. Layer texture and slight colour variation are part of the aesthetic, not defects.
Recommended age 6+. Not a teething toy. Keep out of reach of toddlers under 3.
Intellectual property
Original character designs (Animals, Sea, original Characters) are designed in-house and remain our IP. Licensed character designs (Marvel, Anime where flagged) are produced under fair-use or licensing agreements where applicable. The Innova3D wordmark and nozzle icon are our trademarks.
You can take photos of your toy and post them anywhere — please tag us. You can’t reproduce the sculpts, sell knockoffs, or use our brand identity for your own products.
Liability
We stand behind our toys for normal play. We’re not liable for injuries from misuse (chewing, throwing, modification, putting in microwave), nor for indirect or consequential damages.
Maximum liability for any claim is the price you paid for the toy in question. Indian consumer protection law applies; this clause doesn’t override your statutory rights.
Disputes
We try to resolve everything on WhatsApp first. If we can’t, formal disputes are governed by Indian law and resolved in Chennai courts.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are highlighted at the top with the new date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
