Don't love it? Send it back unused, in the kraft sleeve. We refund the toy price. You cover return shipping unless we made a mistake.

Defect replacement.
Joint cracks, paint flakes, factory issue? Send a photo on WhatsApp — we ship a replacement at our cost, no return required.
AFTER 90 DAYS
50% off a fresh one.
Past the warranty window, we'll still offer 50% off a replacement of the same SKU. Use code MENDED in the cart.
- WhatsApp us with your order number and a one-line reason. No forms.
- We confirm within an hour during work hours. For defects, send a photo — we usually skip the return entirely.
- You drop it off at any courier (we recommend India Post for < ₹500 returns; cheaper). Take a photo of the receipt.
- We refund within 5 working days of receiving the toy at the studio. UPI / card / original payment method, your choice.

- ● Items returned without WhatsApp confirmation first
