Each toy is printed as one continuous piece with internal pin-and-socket joints. The joints lock into place when you let go, so it stays in whatever pose you set. Built to flex 47 times before we’ll guarantee anything else; founder samples have crossed 800.

Plant-based PLA — corn-derived bioplastic. Food-grade, biodegradable, no chemistry homework required. Cream and charcoal hold their pigment after 12 months in a backpack (we tested).

Recommended age 6+. The pieces are 8–14 cm and the smallest joints are bigger than a 2cm choking standard, but flexi toys aren’t teething rings — keep them out of toddlers’ mouths. Ask the older kid in the room to demonstrate.

PLA is rigid plastic, not silicone. Drop tests on tile from desk height: fine. Sat on by an adult: depends on the spot. Backpack jostle: built for it. If a joint fails within 7 days, we replace.

Damp cloth, mild soap, no soaking. PLA isn’t waterproof — don’t put it in the dishwasher or leave it in a hot car. Layer lines are part of the texture; they’re not dirt.

Within 7 days: free replacement, just send a photo on WhatsApp. After 7 days but within 90 days: 50% off a replacement. PLA can crack if dropped on a hard edge — we’d rather you have a working toy than argue.

Each one is printed individually on the same printers, but the layer pattern is unique to that print. Colours are calibrated, the silhouette is identical, but micro-textures vary. That’s a feature, not a bug.

On the Floor — our 1,200 sq ft studio in Semmenchery, Chennai. Six FDM printers running 18 hours a day. We don’t drop-ship, don’t resell, and the design files don’t leave the studio.
