Short version: we collect what we need to ship you a toy. We don’t sell, share, or rent your data to anyone. If you ask us to delete it, we will. Long version below.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email, phone, shipping address, and payment confirmation token from PayU. We never see or store your card or UPI PIN — PayU handles that on their secure servers.
When you message us on WhatsApp: just what you send us. Meta’s privacy policy applies to the chat.
When you browse the site: anonymous traffic stats (pages viewed, device type, country) via privacy-friendly analytics. No tracking pixels, no Facebook tag, no Google ads cookies.
What we do with it
- Ship your order. Email you a confirmation and a tracking link.
- Send you a one-line message if there’s a delay or stock issue.
- Reply to support questions on WhatsApp / email.
- If you opt in: send you a monthly newsletter (max 1/month — we hate spam too).
That’s the whole list.
What we don’t do
- Sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
- Share with third-party advertisers.
- Run retargeting ads at you.
- Profile you for behavioural marketing.
- Send unsolicited SMS (other than order updates).
Who has access
Our team in Chennai (currently 4 humans). The shipping courier we use for your specific order. PayU for the payment processing only. That’s it.
Your rights
Under Indian data protection law you can:
- Ask what we have on file (we’ll send you a copy within 7 days)
- Ask us to update or correct it
- Ask us to delete it (we’ll keep only the minimum needed for tax/audit, ~7 years)
- Opt out of marketing emails (one-click unsubscribe in every email)

Cookies
We use one cookie to remember what’s in your shopping bag. That’s the entire cookie story. Local storage holds your bag and any saved address; clearing your browser clears them.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we update the date at the top. For major changes (rare) we’ll notify anyone who’s ordered in the past 12 months.
